La Sante Fitness Cafe, came to be, after a day of reading some of my late Grandfathers “Allen Leepa” book collection. The inspiration became reality within just a few minutes, when it was clear that this would not be a business based on making money, instead the most important factor was making sure that every time people entered and exited our doors, they felt inspired , filled with happiness, and the confidence to pursue their dreams and goals to the fullest potential.
Our vision is to have each members positive energy spill over to the next member, and eventually out our doors, and on too the streets. We look forward to providing new, and exciting ways to help you look good, feel good, and share the positive energy that helps us pursue our dreams, and goals.

Our cycle blast class is just 20 mins on our spin bikes. 20 mins is all you need to get a great cardio workout. Of course you determine the intensity you put into the class, so all levels are welcome to participate in this safe and effective workout. Why workout for longer periods when you can work harder for shorter periods and receive better results 🙂

Our suspension class is a full body resistance mixed cardio 30 min class. Using our suspension straps we do a series of slow resistant exercises combined with 60 second sprints on our bikes. The combination of resistance with the cardio give you a incredible 30 min workout. All levels can participate in this workout, the intensity level is strictly based on the position of your body, and the challenge you place upon yourself. This is safe and effective for all ages, and all levels of fitness.

Our sessions are based upon high intensity interval, slow resistance training. What separates us from most places is the “Slow resistance” factor. Slow resistance has multiple benefits, one of the many is being able to coach you through exercises using good form, and low risk of injury.
